It may be difficult to talk about such issues with family or friends and therefore a therapeutic relationship with a professional counsellor can offer the support, time and space to allow you to explore your concerns.
I work in an authentic, relational and non-judgemental way to facilitate a process whereby new awareness can help support you to find creative ways to bring about change in your life. I am also a systemic counsellor and can provide support with relationship issues and help raise awareness around how you relate to others.
I offer short or long-term therapy, helping people overcome a variety of issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, loss, divorce, attachment and relationship issues amongst many more.
