Whether you feel your issues are deep rooted from the past or more recent, I believe that how they affect you in the here and now is the most important. It may be difficult to talk about such issues with family or friends and therefore a therapeutic relationship with a professional counsellor can offer the support, time and space to allow you to explore your concerns.
I work in an authentic, relational and non-judgemental way to facilitate a process whereby new awareness can help support you to find creative ways to bring about change in your life. I am also a systemic counsellor and can provide support with relationship issues and raise awareness around how you relate to others. This can be hugely beneficial as the quality of our relationships can determine the quality of our lives.
I offer short or long-term therapy, helping people overcome a variety of issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, loss, divorce, attachment and relationship issues amongst many more.
